central location friendly staff complimentary items early check-in hotel fullness limited breakfast
the location is superb , allowing easy access to various attractions. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i liked the complimentary items such as chocolate , water , a hat and a fan on arrival.
i requested an early check-in , and it was confirmed for 8:00 am , but it did not happen. upon arrival , i learned the hotel was full , so an early check-in was impossible. also , the breakfast selection seemed limited.

The hotel staff were helpful. They provided restaurant recommendations and booked two restaurants, also taxis. The hotel location is excellent. It is set back from the city center on a quiet street, yet it is within easy walking distance of attractions.
Breakfast had fewer options than most hotels.

The hotel's design felt very romantic, with a clear devotion to history. I found the breakfast terrace charming and the rooftop spa a treasure! Staff booked taxis, and the recommendations for local dining were amazing. They enhanced my experience.

Our suite had high ceilings plus two balconies. These overlooked a quiet street and allowed a lot of sunlight. The Egyptian cotton sheets on the bed were divine and contributed to restful nights.

really good stay
great location wonderful staff beautiful setting
the location is excellent i could easily reach cafes restaurants and shops the staff. the staff was eager to. it was my first time in majorca and the hotel experience made it better.
the bar was quiet i think some background music could improve the atmosphere it was sometimes too silent for me to fully relax. i hope the hotel considers adding some low-level music.

the breakfast was acceptable with a bespoke eggs menu.
i requested an early check in and get confirmation for 8:00 am. when i arrived, they said the hotel was full and i couldn't get in. then i return at 3:30, past the regular check in time, and the room still not ready, it was a very late check in.
